STEM

Science-Technology-Engineering-Math

STEM pathway students will take a virtual field trip around the world and take an in depth look at STEM through the lens of the earth’s geography.

Kinder through 5th grade will be divided into six geographical areas to include one continent and the oceans which it borders.

Each student will produce a final project based on a real-world problem as it relates to the grade level geographical focus area.

STEM pathway students will demonstrate knowledge and skills fundamental to the engineering design process.

The STEM pathway challenges students to develop higher-order thinking skills through processes such as inquiry, problem solving, and creative thinking.
